Terms of Service

MangaCut Pro is a web workspace for authorized manga and manhwa creation workflows, including project organization, image segmentation, translation, recaps, visual references and chapter development. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for activity carried out through it. Some tools require sign-in, available credits, or a confirmed purchase. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the service, or applicable law.
3. Credits, storage and payments
Credits are a permanent wallet for AI processing and are consumed only for the operations shown in the product. Each paid package may also provide a time-limited private cloud-storage benefit. Storage benefits renew according to the applicable purchase; buying the same package does not stack storage capacity. Payments are processed by EscalePay. Credits and storage are granted only after a confirmed provider event passes our server-side validation.
4. Referral credits
Where the referral program is available, the referrer receives a package-based reward of 250, 500, 1,000, or 1,500 AI credits after an invited account completes its first confirmed paid package purchase. The reward depends on the package purchased, the referral must be captured before the qualifying purchase, one reward is available per invited account, and test, refunded, disputed, duplicated, fraudulent, or reversed transactions do not qualify.
5. Your content and permitted use
You keep the rights you hold in files and prompts you submit. You represent that you own the material or have the required permission to upload, translate, process, transform, or publish it. Do not use MangaCut Pro to bypass access controls, remove third-party protections, or infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
6. AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for publication. Review every translation, segmentation, script, and generated image before use. You remain responsible for editorial decisions, rights clearance, and publication of your work.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, automate access outside authorized interfaces, reverse engineer the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt to manipulate credits or payments, or use the platform to violate another party’s rights.
8. Changes and contact
We may update the service or these Terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use MangaCut Pro after an update means you accept the updated Terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived by applicable law. Questions can be sent to mangacutproteam@gmail.com.
