We process account information supplied through sign-in, such as email, display name, and profile image; project metadata; files and text you choose to upload; AI requests and outputs; payment-entitlement records; and basic technical information required to keep the service secure and operational.
2. Local and cloud storage
Local workspace files may be stored in your browser using IndexedDB and can be removed if you clear browser data. Private cloud storage is available only when your account has an active storage benefit. We use cloud services for authentication, database, file storage, and server processing.
3. AI processing
When you request an AI feature, the relevant prompt, text, or image is sent through our protected server flow to the AI provider needed to perform that operation. We use this information to deliver the requested result and to protect the service. Do not submit sensitive material that you are not authorized to process.
4. Payments and referrals
Payments are handled by EscalePay. We receive the minimum transaction information required to validate a confirmed package, including order identifier, product identifier, payment amount and currency, and purchaser email. Referral records are used only to determine which package-based reward—250, 500, 1,000, or 1,500 AI credits—is eligible.
5. Cookies and preferences
Essential browser storage is used for sign-in state, security, language, theme, and consent choices. Optional analytics, personalization, and marketing preferences are disabled unless you choose them in the consent notice. You can change browser storage and cookie settings at any time.
6. Sharing and retention
We do not sell uploaded artwork or personal account data. We may share data with service providers that process authentication, cloud infrastructure, AI requests, or payments on our behalf, and where required to comply with law or protect the service. We retain data only for as long as needed for the account, service operation, security, and legal obligations.
7. Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, or account assistance by contacting mangacutproteam@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. This policy is an operational summary and should be reviewed for the jurisdiction where the service is offered.
